Insulation method

Our high pressure injected closed cell polyurethane foam completely fills the annular space of the outer jacket surrounding the inner carrier pipe for highly efficient thermal protection. Insulation material are formulated specifically for the designated use of the pipe.

Outer Jacket

Insulation method

We use our own in-house manufactured, roll seam sealed, spiral wound tube for the outer jackets. These can be made with 0.6mm Bonded Paint sheet metal or galvanized sheet metal. PVC, HDPE , stainless steel or copper can be used where required.

Pre-insulated Pipe

Most Insulated pipes consist of a steel carrier pipe, an insulating layer, and an outer jacket. The main purpose of such pipes is to maintain the temperature of the fluid inside the pipe. A common application is the cooling lines in wineries and breweries, hot and cold water distribution lines.
